Returns/Exchanges
With cloth diapers, reselling used diapers is not easy. Therefore there is a no return/exchange policy. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact me before purchasing, so that we can get measurements of your little one to ensure proper sizing.
Orders can not be canceled or changed once the diaper has been cut. If I have not cut out the diaper yet, there is no problem with canceling.
Since I have such a high order volume I do not have time to redo orders if you are unhappy with the print you ordered or were given as a gift, or if the size isn't right.  I also can not do special orders and change my pattern around.  I give plenty of options when creating your diaper , I  can however change the elastic length for chubby or skinny legs if you let me know ahead of time.  Please note that not every diaper will work for every baby.  I suggest trying out a few first before making a larger purchase to make sure Cutesy Tushies is a good fit for your little ones. 
The only time a order can be canceled is if it is a pre-made instock diaper and has not been shipped.

Shipping
All orders that are place with products that are in stock items will be shipped within 48-72 hours. All custom diapers will ship within 2-3 weeks and Monkey Balls will ship within 48-72 hours.

Quality Control: I strive to make each diaper as perfect as can be.  If by chance there is a flaw in your diaper I'll gladly fix it for you.  Flaws do not include the diaper not fitting correctly.  Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the size you should purchase if you are unsure.  I check each order before they go out but sometimes I might miss something.  Flaws are rare, but they do happen sometimes.  Don't worry any problem can be fixed!  Just contact me to let me know and send the diaper back.   I will happily fix any problems that arise due to issues that are my fault.

I will always strive to offer quality products and affordable prices.  In order to keep my prices low I must follow strict guidelines in order to make it worth it to both my customers and myself.
