Diaper covers are meant to cover fitted diapers or you can also use them with just inserts added. They are waterproof. They are made with either fleece or a cotton on the outside and have PUL on the inside. Can be used multiple times before washing. Just change your inserts and wipe with a wet cloth. Now available are also OS diaper covers!(Inserts are not included with diaper covers) Don't see a pattern that you want?
